摘要
通过对标准齿轮齿廓形状的研究,得出在高精度加工条件下,通过合适材料的选择,非标压力角更满足某些特殊工况的要求。利用渐开线齿轮啮合原理对新型机械增压器同步齿轮齿形进行参数设计,采用滚-磨加工,在保证齿形精度的基础上,通过合适的热处理方法实现了轮齿高的表面硬度和机械强度,结果表明:新型同步齿轮在采用小压力角的情况下,通过合适的参数选择和加工精度保证,在降低噪音的同时可以保证强度要求。
By the analysis of the tooth profile of standard gear, the property of this kind of gear is gotten, through appropriate choice of material and processing method. Non-standard pressure angle is more suitable in some special conditions. Base on the meshing theory of involute gear, a new supercharger synchromesh gear is design, with the use of Roll grinding, and heat treatment. Strength is guarantee .R.esult show the new method not only ensure the precision of tooth profile but also can decrease the cost.
