心血管疾病中西医结合研究切入点再探

Re-explore the Entry Point of Research of Integrated Chinese and Western Medicine of Cardiovascular Disease

着眼于目前心血管疾病中西医结合研究中存在的问题,笔者再次探讨了几个切入点:(1)改善预后,注重患者心理因素调养;(2)从"治未病"角度入手;(3)从复方-有效组分-单体的转换入手;(4)建立中西医结合特色的循证医学模式;(5)从流行病学调查疾病证候的分布情况入手;并提出创新是中医学体系自我发展、自我完善并适应当前形式的必经之路。

Diagnosis and treatment of cardiovascular disease in Integrative Medicine is hot. Focus on problems in the present study, author once again made a few questions of cardiovascular disease in Integrative Medicine. （1）Improve the prognosis, focusing on psychological factors in patients, （2） Preventive treatment of disease, （3）Start with the compound, active corn- ponents, the conversion of monomer, {4） to establish evidence based medical model characteristics of Integrative Medicine, { 5 ）Start from the epidemiological investigation of the distribution of the disease symptoms and propose innovative medical system is the only way to self--development, self--improvement and to adapt to the reality.
