Y形不完全重复输尿管异位开口伴盆腔异位肾发育不良和双角子宫一例报道并文献复习

摘要
大多数异位输尿管源自完全重复肾输尿管的上部分肾（约占80％）或为单一肾输尿管（约占20％）^[1-2]。异位输尿管合并不完全重复输尿管极其少见。我们收治了1例Y形不完全重复输尿管异位开口于阴道伴同侧盆腔异位肾发育不良和双角子宫的患者，现结合文献对其进行讨论，报道如下。
