摘要
试验的目的是研究酵母提取物部分替代断奶仔猪饲粮中的血浆蛋白粉对断奶仔猪保育前期生长性能的影响。研究结果显示,在断奶仔猪日粮中添加酵母提取物或以不同水平替代日粮中的血浆蛋白粉,对仔猪的试验末重、平均日增重、饲料转化率和仔猪平均日采食量均有不同程度的改善作用。因此酵母提取物可以替代动物蛋白质饲料原料如血浆粉而不影响猪的生产性能。
The present experiment was conducted to investigate the feasibility of substituting plasma protein of the weaned piglets by animal protein powder derived from yeast cell. Two experiments were carried out recently and studied the effects of supplementing Mononucleotide mixture in diets on growth performance of weaned piglets.The results as follows ,Effects of adding mononucleotide mixture in diets could improve 30-day body weight 30-day weight, average daily gain and decrease feed conversion efficiency of weaned piglets.
