摘要
目的了解阿拉善盟地区高三学生的心理健康状况,为进一步开展心理健康教育及实施干预措施提供基础依据。方法随机抽取阿拉善盟一中高三学生332人,采用SCL-90测量其心理健康状况。结果该中学高三学生心理问题总检出率为18.98%(63/332),其中,男生的心理健康状况好于女生,学习成绩班级排名30名前的学生心理健康状况好于30名后,而且尖子班学生的心理健康状况好于非尖子班,汉族和少数民族学生之间心理健康状况的差异无统计学意义。结论该中学高三学生心理健康水平较低,主要表现为强迫、敌对、焦虑等方面。
Objective to study the mental health status of senior students of Grade 3 in Alashan Prefecture, and to provide a foundation for carrying out the mental health education and taking the measures of psychological healthy intervention. Methods 332 students selected randomly in No. 1 senior middle school of Alashan were tested by the psychological measurement method of SCL-90. Results showed the total positive rate of psychological problems was 18.98% (63/332), in which boys' condition was better than girls', and top students' better than inferior students'. Meanwhile, the condition in key class was better than that in normal class, and the difference between the Hun students and the minority students was nonsense. As a result, the lever of local senior students" mental health status is low, which is showed by the characters such as forced, hostility, anxiety, and so on.
