颈段及胸上段食管癌IMRT与3DCRT剂量比较

摘要 颈段及胸上段食管癌在临床中较为少见,由于其生物学特性及复杂的解剖关系使颈段食管癌手术难度大,手术治疗时切除范围较广,甚或需切除喉等重要器官,而仅有少数患者通过手术治愈。
