A Preliminary Study on Leadership Training of Undergraduate Pre-service Teachers—Exemplified with Curriculum Construction of Teacher Leadership

摘要 探索以课程教学形式对本科师范生的教师领导力素养进行专门培养和锻炼,既顺应了教师教育改革的国际趋势,也迎应了社会对高素质教师的时代需求。面向本科师范生的《教师领导力》课程即以"教师人人都是领导者"为核心理念,旨在为教师领导力的持续发展奠基,课程内容包括道德领导力、课程与教学领导力、班级领导力、专业发展领导力等。 Training and exercise of leadership for undergraduate pre-service teachers with a special curriculum complies with the international trend of teacher education reform and the current demand of high-quality teachers.This curriculum,leadership of teachers,is based on the key concept of "Every Teacher is Potentially a Leader" and intends to provide the foundation for sustainable development of teacher leadership.Its content includes moral leadership,leadership of curriculum and instruction,of class,and.of professional development.
