摘要
对"教师实践力"研究只见散落的论点、少许的数据分析,对其系统深入的探讨在学术界还相当薄弱。教师实践力是指身处教育情境中的教师以策略性思维驾驭教育实践并与之协调、持续发展的职业能力、教育的建设力,是教师进行教育工作的"生产力"。如果说马克思把生产力称为"物质生产力",那么实践力就是"精神生产力"。通过认识教师实践力的特质、建构教师实践力的模型、划分教师实践力的"度"并评定等级,进而建设与发展教师实践力。
The research on "Teachers' ability of practice" only results in some scattered arguments and little statistic analysis,lacking an in-depth and systematical exploration,which makes itself a weak pocket in the academic circles.Teachers' ability of practice means that those teachers who are engaged in the education environment are capable to control education practice with strategic thinking.It also refers to the teachers' vocational ability and educational productivity,which are ever-developing in accordance to the education practice.It is the "productivity" for teachers to educate.If Marx could call the productivity as "material productivity",then the ability of practice can be described as the "spiritual productivity." Teachers' ability of practice can be promoted by studying its features,establishing a model for it,classifying its competence performance and quality rating,and finding out its developmental deviation.
