摘要
从辅导员的整体素质、职责定位以及队伍的不稳定性等方面分析云南高职院校辅导员队伍建设过程中存在的问题及原因,并提出从严格选聘程序。加强素质培训;明确职责范围,完善管理体制;健全激励机制,创造良好工作环境等三个方面来建设高职院校辅导员队伍。
From the counselor's overall quality, functions and responsibilities as well as other aspects of team instability analysis of problems and causes in Yunnan Vocational counselors, and made a strict selection process, to enhance the quality of training; clear terms of reference improve the management system; improve the incentive mechanism, create a good work- ing environment three aspects to build vocational colleges counselors.
