摘要
目前中职英语教学出现了种种问题，学生综合运用英语的水平难以提高，这有悖于国家培养创新型人才和科教兴国的教育目标，如何活跃英语课堂气氛及调动同学的积极性成了英语教师关注的焦点。本文从几个方面简要阐述了创新思维在英语教学中的应用，注重学生创新思维能力的培养，并在课堂中实施学生为主体的行为导向教学法。培养学生创造性思维能力，从而提高英语教学的效果。
There arc kinds of problcrns in thv English teaching of secondary school at present, and students can＇t improve their English, which disobey our tcaching aims. Therefore how to solve this problem becomes the focus of most English tea- chers. This paper makes a brief introduction of the application of creativity and innovation to improve their English.
