高职软件技术专业“四阶段技能递增”人才培养方案的设计与实现

Design and Implementation of ＂Four stages of Skill Increasing ＂ Training Program in Software Technology Professional

本文结合BPO软件企业的现状，结合高职院校软件技术专业的特点，通过对欧美软件外包企业岗位群的调查与分析，在传统教学模式上进行改革。制定了“四阶段式技能递增”人才培养方案，该培养方案以毕业生与企业“零距离接树’为主线，必能取得较好的效果。

In this paper, the status of BPO software companies, software technology combined with professional vocational college characteristics, through the European and American software outsourcing business survey and analysis of status groups, in the t^wditional teaching model for reform, the development of a ＂four-stage skill-increment ＇talent training program, the gra- duates with training programs to business, ＇~Zero integration~~ main line, will be able to achieve better results.
