摘要
由于超临界直流锅炉的温度、压力参数高，同时直流锅炉系统未设计排污系统，如果管道内有异物（焊渣、铁屑、氧化皮、纸屑等）。非常容易爆管，给锅炉安全经济运行带来较大威胁。因此我公司在锅炉安装过程中严格执行防爆管方案，在安装过程中严格控制，在168商业运行中未发生过一次爆管，取得了良好的效果。
