高校资困助学工作范式转换探析

On the Paradigm Change of University's Aiding Poor Students Base on the View of Development: Taking Zhejiang Universities As an Example

随着我国改革的不断深入和经济发展、社会转型、高等教育自身改革和学生群体的不断变化,高校资困助学必须创新工作理念,积极推行"发展型资助",实行由单一资助向多元资助、由无偿资助向相对有偿使用、由解决生活保障向促进学生全面发展的范式转换,真正实现其"帮困扶志、助学立人"的价值旨归。

Funding colleges and universities students from poor families as a livelihood project that our party and government have always attached great importance,has benefited millions of poor families,which fully reflects the human＇s natural appeal for the harmonious development of higher education.With the constant deepening of China＇s reform and economic development,social transformation,higher education reform and student groups,university＇s aiding poor students must innovate their work idea,actively promote the ＂development aid＂,and implement the paradigm change from a single subsidy to multiple aid,from free subsidy to paid use,from solving a real-life security to promoting the overall development of students,to truly realize the aim of ＂aiding poor students to develop them well＂.
