摘要
目的测定鸡眼草属两种植物鸡眼草和长萼鸡眼草中总黄酮的含量。方法采用分光光度法,以芦丁为对照品,并利用NaNO2-Al(NO3)3-NaOH显色方法,对鸡眼草属几种植物中的总黄酮含量进行测定。结果在最大吸收波长510 nm处芦丁测定的线性方程是Y=0.0124X-0.0087,r=0.9994(n=6),测得的平均回收率为99.6%(n=6),RSD=1.09%。结论该方法的测定结果准确可靠、快速、重复性好,适用于鸡眼草属植物中总黄酮的含量测定。
Objective To develop a quantitative method for the determination of total flavonoids in two Kummerowia plant Kummerowia striata(Thunb.)Schindl.and Kummerowia stipulacea(Maxim.)Makino.Method Using rutin as a standard substance,spectrophotometer method and the colour method of sodium nitrite-aluminium nitrate-sodium hydroxide were used to determine the total flavonoid content in two Kummerowia plant.Result The calibration curve of rutin at 510nm was A=0.0124C-0.0087,r=0.9994(n=6),and the average recovery was 99.6%(n=6) with RSD of 1.09%.Conclusion This method is reliable,accurate,quick and reproducible.It can be used as a quality control method to determine the content of total flavonoids in Kummerowia plant.
