摘要
目的建立大青龙汤颗粒剂中总黄酮的含量测定方法,为其质量控制提供依据。方法以甘草苷为对照品,采用紫外分光光度法测定总黄酮的含量。结果大青龙汤总黄酮在334 nm波长处有最大吸收,甘草苷在2.65-15.94μg/mL范围内线性关系良好,r=0.9997,平均加样回收率为98.93%,RSD=2.48%(n=6)。结论该方法简便快速,重现性好,可作为制剂中总黄酮的含量测定方法。
Objective To determine the contents of total flaronoids in decoction of compound Daqing Long Granules so as to provide a basis for quality control.Methods Liquiritin as reference by UV-spectrophotometry the content of total flavonoids.Results Total flavonoids in Daqing Long Granules maximum absorption at 334 nm,Liquiritin at the range of 2.65-15.94 μg.ml-1 good linearity,r= 0.9997.The average was 98.93% and RSD was 2.48%(n= 6).Conclusion This method is simple,reproducible,and can be used as determination of total flavonoids.
