摘要 目的设计与开发科学地购置和引进大型医用设备的系统。方法从引进设备的社会市场条件、医院的自身条件等方面逐一进行分析和论证,构建综合评价体系,运用模糊数学理论建立数学模型,在Windows环境下开发设备购置决策系统。结果本系统将大型医用设备购置中定性问题定量化解决,为医院决策者解决决策问题。结论通过应用实例,体现了大型医疗设备购置系统的科学化、简单化和可操作化,具有实际的指导意义。 Objective To design and develop a decision-making system for purchasing and introducing large-scale medical equipment. Methods The conditions in terms of social marketing environment and the hospital were analyzed and discussed to establish a comprehensive evaluation system. The mathematical model was built using fuzzy theory, and the decision-making system for purchasing equipment was explored in Windows. Results The difficulty that decision-makers used to have was solved based on quantification of qualitative problems while purchasing large-scale medical equipments. Conclusion The science, simplicity and operability of decision-making system for purchasing large-scale medical equipments are worthwhile to guide practice, as is reflected by application of cases.
