68例新生儿气胸的监护 被引量：2

Intensive care of 68 newborns with pneumothorax

摘要 总结了68例新生儿气胸的监护经验,护理重点包括:做好减压排气的术前、术中、术后护理;高频通气时严密监护,保证人机协调,遵循按需吸痰的原则;进行细致的循环监护,保证平均动脉压(MAP)>45mmHg(1mmHg=0.133kPa)。68例气胸患儿,治愈63例,放弃治疗2例,死亡3例。
