摘要
以N-甲酰基吗啉(NFM)-烃类的相平衡数据为基础,利用Aspen Plus软件,建立NFM芳烃萃取精馏工艺模型。模拟结果表明:该模型可以较好地反映装置的实际操作状况。考察剂油比、贫溶剂进料温度以及贫溶剂中苯含量等参数对分离过程的影响,获得N-甲酰基吗啉芳烃萃取精馏工艺的最佳操作参数为:剂油质量比4.66,贫溶剂进料温度112℃,贫溶剂中苯质量分数在1%左右。优化工况的模拟计算结果表明,优化后苯收率和苯纯度明显提高,其中苯收率提高0.6百分点,苯纯度提高0.06百分点。
Using Aspen Plus software, a process model of separating aromatics from non-aromatics by extractive distillation with N-formylmorpholine (NFM) is set up based on vapor-liquid equilibrium data of NFM andhydrocarbons system. Simulation results show that the calculations agree well with the actual operation data. The effect of solvent/oil ratio, inlet temperature of lean solvent and benzene content in lean solvent on the separation is investigated. Optimum operation parameters are obtained as follows: solvent/oil mass ratio of 4.66, lean solvent inlet temperature of 112℃ and mass fraction of benzene in lean solvent of about 1%. Calculations under optimization conditions show that the yield and purity of benzene enhance significantly, they increase 0.6 and 0.06 percentage points, respectively.
