摘要
综述了化学计量学中的主成分分析(principal components analysis,PCA)、偏最小二乘法(partial least square,PLS)、聚类分析(cluster analysis,CA)、判别分析(discriminant analysis,DA)、基于因子分析的多元分辨方法和小波变换(wavelet transform,WT)等方法在食品营养成分分析、食品分类识别及掺伪分析和食品卫生检测等领域中的应用,并对该领域的研究方向和前景进行了展望。
It was reviewed that the application of chemometrics,such as principal components analysis(PCA),partial least square(PLS),cluster analysis(CA),discriminant analysis(DA),multivariate discrimination based on factor analysis and wavelet transform(WT)in the analysis of food nutrient components,food classification or adulteration and food sanitation.In addition,the prospect and trends of chemometics in the analysis of food were also discussed.
