摘要 提出一种变电站—调度中心两级分布式状态估计方法,在变电站级实施基于基尔霍夫电流定律的零阻抗三相状态估计,在调度中心级对变电站上传的熟数据进行处理,实现全网单相状态估计。详细讨论了变电站—调度中心两级分布式状态估计的整体架构、算法、熟数据传输、对时及周期选择、传输协议、过渡期方案等,以说明该方法的可实施性。算例结果表明,该方法有利于在变电站内同时辨识三相坏数据和拓扑错误,减轻通信负担,并提高调度中心全网状态估计的可靠性。 A two-level distributed state estimation method for substation-dispatch center is proposed.After zero impedance three-phase state estimation based on KCL has been applied in substation,up load ripe data are treated in dispatch center level and the single-phase state estimation for all grid implemented.The detailed discussions about the architecture,algorithm,ripe data transmission,time setting and period selection,transmission protocol and transition scheme for the method are given.The results of calculation example show that this method is in favor of simultaneously identifying three-phase bad data and topology error,reducing communication burden,and increasing the reliability of the dispatch center state estimation for all grid.
