摘要
纵轴式掘进机在横向截割过程中,截割头受到外界随机动载荷的作用,掘进机的侧向受力情况变得非常复杂。通过建立纵轴式掘进机横向截割时的侧向动力学模型,求解出掘进机在不同工况下的履带侧向振动变化情况,得出掘进机履带在不同横向摆角下的侧向受力仿真曲线,为研究掘进机横向截割时的动态特性、稳定性和可靠性提供理论依据,也为其他履带式车辆研究动力学问题提供了参考。
During the horizontal cutting process of the longitudinal roadheader,lateral force status of roadheader becomes very complicated because of the external random dynamic loadings acting on the cutting head.In the paper,after the lateral dynamic model of a longitudinal roadheader at horizontal cutting being established,the lateral vibration of the roadheader track at various operation conditions was obtained,and the variation curves of lateral forces of the roadheader track at various horizontal swing angles were achieved.The analysis offered theoretic basis for studying the dynamic characteristics,stability and reliability of the roadheader at horizontal cutting as well as provided references for studying the dynamics of other tracked vehicles.
