介绍了浮动油封的密封原理,通过性能分析及实例力学计算,比较了DO与DF型浮动油封在采煤机上的应用差异,通过实践,验证了DF型油封在采煤机上应用的优势。
The paper briefly introduced the sealing principle of floating oil seals,and compared the difference in application of DO and DF oil seals in shearers through performance analysis and mechanical calculation.After practice,DF oil seals proved advantageous at application in shearers.
