摘要
将挖掘机工作装置作为一个整体,建立了工作装置的整体优化设计数学模型。分别以提升力、钢绳与斗杆中心线夹角及几何尺寸作为目标函数,并从设计经验本身、运动性能、结构几何尺寸、工作尺寸及边界条件等方面建立合理的约束条件。应用MATLAB遗传算法工具箱寻求全局最优解。结果表明,采用遗传算法可以快捷而有效地对挖掘机工作装置铰点位置进行优化设计,是对挖掘机性能进行优化设计的一种有效方法。
The working device of an excavator serving as a whole,the mathematical models of the working device to optimize the overall design was established.The lifting force,the angle between the wire rope and the centerline of the bucket rod as well as the geometry were taken as the objective functions,and reasonable constraints were established according to design experience,kinematic performance,structural geometry,working size and boundary conditions etc.In addition,MATLAB genetic algorithm toolbox was used to find the global optimum.The results showed that the genetic algorithms could quickly and effectively optimize the design of the hinge point location of the working device in the excavator,which was an effective way to design and optimize the performance of the excavator.
