摘要
研制了吊盘稳车机构模拟试验系统,描述了系统硬件结构设计和软件系统的开发,给出了系统运行状态的测量方法。为了验证所构建的模拟试验系统是否达到设计要求,进行了吊盘调平试验和吊盘提升试验。试验表明,建立的吊盘稳车机构模拟试验系统达到了设计要求,反映了工业现场稳车的运行特性。
An experimental setup for winch stabilizing mechanism was developed,and its design of hardware and software were described.In addition,the methods of testing the system operation were offered.In order to check if the experimental setup could meet the design requirements,the winch balancing test and the winch lifting test were carried out.The tests showed that the experimental setup for winch stabilizing mechanism could meet the design requirements and refl ect the performance of winch stabilizing mechanism at operation sites.
