基于动态控制元结构的制造信息系统建模及特性研究

摘要 将分形理论引入到制造信息系统的建模过程中,提出以动态控制元结构为分形元,找出系统产生分形结构的构成规则,通过分形迭代产生具有自相似性质的系统分形结构模型。对模型的功能特性、控制特性、可重构性进行分析。结果表明该模型可以清晰而正确地表达制造信息系统的运行情况,揭示系统内在规律,表现系统的动态运行特性,从而揭示制造信息系统各功能结构之间的非线性耦合关系。最后将该模型与其他模型的特点进行了对比。 Fractal theory was introduced to the modeling course of manufacturing information system herein,a dynamic control cell structure was put forward as the generating cell,and the composition rules of producing fractal structure were found out.A fractal structural model was produced by fractal iteration.And the function characteristics,control charateristics and re-constrcuture were investigated.The model can express the operation of manufacturing information system clearly,reveal the inherent law of system,and describe system's dynamic operation characteristics,which reveal nonlinear coupling relationship among each function structures of the manufacturing information system.Finally,the model were compared with other models.
