摘要
研究了在不同挤压速度下,冷挤压内螺纹振动信号的变化规律,进而从振动信号方面解释不同挤压速度对冷挤压内螺纹的挤压扭矩的影响。研究结果表明,随着挤压速度的增大,挤压丝锥的振动也相继增大,振动信号的频率从低频向高频移动,振动信号能量主要分布在625~1250Hz范围内,且在振动信号中,该频率所占的能量越多,越有利于挤压扭矩的减小。
The vibration signals of internal thread formed by cold extrusion under different extrusion speeds were researched.So the impacts of torque of internal thread formed by cold extrusion under different extrusion speeds can be explained by vibration signals.The results show that,as the extrusion speed increases,the frequencies of vibration signals move from low frequency to high frequency.The energy of vibration signals are mainly in the range of 625~1250Hz,and the more energy of this freguency range have,the more extrusion torque decrease.
