Structure Analysis and Optimization of Product Design Process

分析了产品设计的层次化过程,对设计建模之后的设计因素进行层次化构造,建立了设计过程结构规划控制模型。提出了节点、层次化概念和设计过程的层次结构,并应用一个基本的液压系统设计过程说明结构模型,提出了设计过程结构模型的构建方法。应用一个算例验证了结构模型构建方法的可行性。

The hierarchical structure of design process was first analyzed herein.The design components were hierarchicalized with the design modeling and a planning and control model of design process was established.The definitions of node,hierarchicalization and hierarchical structure in design process were presented.A hydraulic system design was used as an example to illustrate the structure model,and an optimization algorithm was proposed based on the structure model.
