摘要
为了满足儿童的需要,美国的许多学校、社区都构建了家庭作业帮助体系。美国家庭作业帮助体系一般由家庭作业热线、家庭作业中心与家庭作业网络帮助构成。家庭作业帮助体系建构之前,首先要进行可行性分析,之后要确定其目的、构成、运行时间、人事安排、服务对象、服务内容、地址、宣传措施等。美国家庭作业帮助体系的建构对我国具有重要的启示。我国目前也迫切需要建构家庭作业帮助体系。我国可以以县(区)为单位建构家庭作业帮助体系。家庭作业帮助体系的构成可参考美国的做法——包括热线电话、家庭作业中心与网络帮助。由县(区)建构热线电话与网络帮助系统,根据需要在学校、图书馆、城市社区、乡村建构家庭作业中心。
In order to meet children＇s needs many schools and communities have constructed homework help systems, which usually consist of homework hotline, homework center and homework network help. Before a homework help system is constructed, first the feasibility analysis has to be conducted, and then the aims, composition, service time, staffing, target clients, services, address and publicity measures need to be made certain. The construction of American homework help systems has important inspirations to us. Children in China also are in bad need of homework help systems, which can be constructed taking county or district as a unit. The composition can also be homework hotline, homework center and homework network help. Homework hotline and homework network help can be constructed by the county or district, and homework centers can be constructed in schools, libraries, communities or the countryside as needed.
