摘要
将Z源网络级联,并采用交替反相电压偏移(alternativephase opposition disposition,APOD)的方法对逆变器进行控制。在matlab/sinmulink下,建立Z源级联三电平逆变器的APOD调制模型,仿真结果显示新型拓扑升压因子有明显提高。为进一步验证新拓扑的有效性,进行了Z源级联逆变器的试验研究,试验结果证实新拓扑能够提高升压因子,扩大Z源逆变器的电压调节范围。
Z-source three-level neutral point clamped (NPC) inverter inherits the advantages of Z-Source which can buck-boost energy and allow the shoot-through states. In this paper an inverter control strategy by cascading Z-source network and using alternative phase opposition disposition (APOD) is proposed. On matlab/sinmulink platform an APOD modulation model for cascaded Z-source three-level inverter is built, and simulation results show that using the proposed topology the boost factor can be upgraded obviously, here D is the duty ratio. To further verify the effectiveness of the proposed topology in upgrading boost factor, experimental investigation on cascaded Z-source inverter is performed, and investigation results prove that the proposed topology can upgrade boost factor and expand the voltage regulation range of Z-source inverter.
