Item Selection in Development of Chinese Sub-health State Evaluation Scale

目的筛选中国人亚健康状态初始测量量表(CSHS-2)条目,形成中国人亚健康状态测量量表。方法采用整群随机抽样的方法在全国8个地区进行大规模流行病学调查,收集7957份有效调查问卷,采用频数分析法、条目分析法、内部一致性分析法和探索性因子分析法筛选条目。结果形成中国人亚健康状态评价量表(CSHES),共3个领域,包括18个方面,共64个条目。结论量表条目的筛选,可应用四种方法从不同角度进行考核,综合应用。

Objective To select items from initial scale in development of Chinese sub-health state evaluation scale（CSHS-2） and get high quality scale.Methods Group randomized sampling method was used to determine 7957 participants from 8 different areas of China.Four statistic methods,frequency analysis,item analysis,internal consistency analysis and exploratory factor analysis,were employed to select items from initial scale for the development of Chinese Sub-health State Evaluation Scale.Results Proposed CSHES,which included 3 domains,18 facets and 64 items.Conclusion The four methods select items from different respect and are recommended in item selection comprehensively.
