基于灰色关联分析求因子权重的门诊病人满意度多层次模糊综合评判研究 被引量:10

摘要 目的满意本身是个复杂的概念,其中存在许多不确定性,使得对病人满意度的综合评判研究成为一个有待深入的研究课题。方法本文借助灰色理论和模糊数学工具对382例门诊病人满意度调查表进行了研究,采用了灰色关联分析的方法来确定各级评价因素权重,再结合多层次分析法进行模糊综合评判。为检验本文方法的正确性,本文同时还采用客观法通过患者对门诊各因素的关注度排序来确定权重系数。结果通过比较,本文评判结果与客观法所得基本接近。结论灰色关联分析方法与模糊综合评判相结合,可以发挥灰色理论和模糊数学的各自所长,使评判结果更趋于真实。 Objective Satisfaction itself is a complex concept,involving much uncertainty.It makes the comprehensive evaluation studies of patient satisfaction to become an in-depth study.Methods We used grey theory and fuzzy mathematics tools to analyze the result of the 382 clinic patient satisfaction questionnaires.It adopted the grey relational analysis method to make the distribution and determination of weight coefficient and carried on fuzzy comprehensive evaluation combined with multi-level analysis.In order to test the correctness of the method,this paper also determine the weight coefficient about patients' sort of concern about the various factors with the objective method.Results By comparison,the evaluation result of this paper was close with the result of objective method.Conclusion Combining the grey relational analysis method with multi-level fuzzy comprehensive evaluation can respectively bring the gray theory and fuzzy mathematics into play and make the evaluation result more authentic.
