摘要
针对重金属污染这一课题,文中采用溶胶-凝胶法、浸渍镀膜法在赤泥基多孔陶瓷滤球上涂覆Eu-Ce共掺杂纳米TiO2膜,利用多孔陶瓷的吸附作用及稀土共掺杂TiO2膜的光催化剂强还原作用去除电镀废水中的As(Ⅴ)离子。研究了浸渍时间、涂覆次数、涂覆方式及膜热处理制度对膜与赤泥基多孔陶瓷滤球结合性及光催化性的影响,进行了涂覆Eu-Ce共掺杂纳米TiO2膜的赤泥基多孔陶瓷滤球对As(Ⅴ)离子去除试验。结果表明,浸渍10min、涂覆2次、550℃热处理的赤泥基环境修复滤球材料对As(Ⅴ)离子去除率可达95.96%。通过SEM、TG-DTA、UV-Vis吸收光谱等现代测试技术对样品的结构及性能进行了表征,探讨了赤泥基多孔陶瓷滤球上涂覆Eu-Ce共掺杂纳米TiO2膜的赤泥基环境修复材料的成膜机理和去除重金属As(Ⅴ)离子的作用机理。
With the growing of heavy metals pollution in electroplating wastewater,the safe disposal of heavy metals has become an important research topic.Aiming at heavy metal pollution,the red mud porous ceramic filtration balls coated with Eu-Ce doped TiO2 film were used to remove As(Ⅴ) ions in electroplating wastewater.The influence of the soaking time,coating times and heat treatment temperature on the membrane-red mud porous ceramic filter fit and its photocatalysis.The results show that when soaking time was 10 min,coating times were 2 and the heat treatment temperature was 550 ℃,the removal rate was 95.96%.The microstructure and properties of the samples were characterized by SEM,TG-DTA,UV-Vis absorption spectrum and other modern testing techniques.Mechanism of membrane forming and removal of heavy metal As(Ⅴ) ion of Eu-Ce doped TiO2 membrane of red mud-based environmental rehabilitation material were studied.
