基于作业量平衡的集装箱堆场堆存策略研究 被引量:4

The Stock Strategy Research of Container Port Yard Based on Working Balance

摘要 堆场是集装箱码头的重要组成部分,几乎所有的港口作业都与其密切关联,因此提高堆场作业效率是港口工作的重点。文中针对进口集装箱的装卸作业,提出避免装卸设备交通拥堵的高低作业量平衡堆存策略,并建立了数学模型。模型中不仅考虑了相邻箱区之间作业量的平衡,同时也考虑了不同装卸作业路上的并行堆存,从而实现了岸边集装箱船中卸下的集装箱在堆场堆存空间的实时配置。模型的计算结果,可有效实现不同装卸作业路的集装箱错开堆放,也避免了集卡和场桥的交通拥堵状况,大大提高码头的装卸效率。 The storage yard is an important part of the container terminal.Almost all of the terminal activities are closely associated with it,therefore improving the efficiency of storage yard operation is the focus of port.Based on the handing operation with import container,the paper proposes a stock strategy of high-low workload balance to avoid the traffic congestion of the handing facilities,and builds the mathematical model.The model not only considers the workload balance between adjacent block,but also considers the parallel stock in different unload and load working road.Thus it realizes the yard space allocation with time of import container unloaded from the shore side container vessel.The results of model can achieve the staggered stock of containers of different unload and load working load,and avoid the congestion of container truck and yard quay efficaciously,and improve the efficiency of loading and unloading.
