摘要
通过采用生命周期评价方法(LIFE CYCLE ASSESSMENT,LCA)分析利用脱硫石膏生产纸面石膏板从原料回收到石膏板生产的环境负荷,从而辨识和定量分析石膏板的环境影响。结果表明,利用脱硫石膏制备每平方米纸面石膏板的综合能耗为48MJ,折合标煤1.63kgce/m2,石膏板生产过程由于燃煤所产生的直接排放是纸面石膏板生产气态污染物排放的主要责任者,主要气态污染物是CO2。
Plasterboard is an essential and widely used construction product and has a very positive impact on the built environment. Although the mainly production of the plasterboard has reached 11.38 billion m^2 in 2008, the environmental impact of it has not been studied in China. This study looked at each stage of the product life-cycle for plasterboard with LCA(Life Cycle Assessment) method from the acquisition of raw materials to production of the plasterboard. It has been used to identify and quantify the main environmental impacts of plasterboard. The results show that the comprehensive energy is 48 MJ of every squaremetre plasterboard with the resource of FGD gypsum, amount to 1.63 kgce/m^2. The direct coal burning gaseous emissions are responsible for the major pollutants during the process of the production of plasterboard. The main gaseous emission is CO2
