摘要
试验分析了苦马豆素人工抗原SW-BSA对家兔的免疫原性,通过免疫学指标的评价,为免疫学检测和防治动物疯草中毒奠定基础。将18只家兔随机分为对照组(6只)、免疫Ⅰ组(6只)、免疫Ⅱ组(6只),免疫组依次进行首免和加强免疫,然后通过IHA和ELISA法分析血清抗体的变化规律,同时检测试验家兔E-玫瑰花环率的变化。结果显示,SW-BSA可以诱导机体产生高效价的抗SW抗体,而且高效价保持时间较长,机体E-玫瑰花环率也有所上升。表明合成的SW-BSA具有较好的免疫原性。
By analyzing the influence of artificial antigen of swainsonine(SW-BSA) in immunized rabbits with immunology index for accumulating knowledge for prophylaxis and healing of intoxication which produced by locoweed,18 rabbits were divided into control group(6 rabbits),immunity Ⅰ group(6 rabbits),immunity Ⅱ group(6 rabbits) randomly,two immunity groups were carried on initial immunization and booster immunization.Then the change regularity of antibody in serum by indirect hem agglutination and enzyme linked immunosorbent assay,and change of E-rosette rate was detected.The results showed that high titer of antibody against swainsonine was produced by SW-BSA and could retain long time,E-rosette rate increased also.It was concluded that artificial antigens of SW-BSA had better immunogenicity to rabbit.
