资源枯竭型城市经济转型战略模式的研究

The Research on the Strategy Model of the Resources-Exhausted City's Economic Transformation

我国资源型城市相当一部分已处于资源枯竭期,随着开采时间长,开采成本日益上升、企业亏损严重,资源型城市转型已迫在眉睫。资源枯竭型城市经济转型不单纯是经济结构的改变,而且是城市发展方向的改变和城市定位的改变,本文从产业创新、发展特色产业、发展循环经济等方面提出了资源枯竭型城市经济转型的战略模式。

A considerable number of China＇s resource-based cities are experiencing resource exhaustion. With the mining for a long time, rising mining costs, and business losses, resource-based city transformation is imminent. Resource-exhausted cities＇ economic transformation is not simply a change of economic structure, but the change of the direction of urban development and urban location. Transformation strategic model is proposed based upon innovation of the industry, industry development, recycling economy development and other aspects of resource-exhausted cities.
