分析智能化变电站水平断口高压隔离开关,运行中分合闸位置监视存在的问题,提出并设计一种有效监视高压隔离开关分合闸位置的监察装置,为实现高压隔离开关状态可视化提供可靠、有效的分合闸位置信号。

：The horizontal fracture high voltage disconnector of intelligent substation and the issues of switch closing position monitor are analyzed. An effective monitor device of switch closing position monitor is proposed and designed, which could provide reliable, effective switch closing position signal for disconnector state visualization.
