硫酸铟对L929细胞周期及细胞凋亡的影响 被引量:3

Effects of indium sulfate on cell cycle and cell apoptosis

摘要 目的探讨硫酸铟对小鼠成纤维细胞(L929)细胞周期和细胞凋亡的影响。方法用四氮唑蓝比色法(MTT),检测L929的存活情况;采用流式细胞仪检测硫酸铟对L929细胞周期、细胞凋亡(染毒浓度分别为1.5、3.0、4.5mmol/L,染毒时间为24h)的影响。结果硫酸铟可改变L929细胞周期及细胞凋亡率。细胞周期表现为S期细胞增多,而处于G1期的细胞减少,提示硫酸铟可能具有影响L929细胞周期的作用,进而抑制细胞增殖;硫酸铟可增加细胞凋亡率。结论硫酸铟可引起L929细胞毒性,细胞存活率呈浓度-时间依赖性下降;硫酸铟可影响细胞周期和诱导细胞凋亡。 Objective To explore the effects of the indium sulfate on L929 cell cycle and its apoptosis. Methods The cyto--toxicities were observed with MTT colorimetric assay. Flow cytometry was used to evaluate the effect of indium sulfate(1.5,3.0, 4.5 mmol/L, 24 h)on L929 cell cycles and cell apoptosis. Results Flow cytometry showed that indium sulfate could change L929 cell cycles, increase the number of cells in S stage and arrest cells at G1 stage. The results suggested that indium sulfate could affect L929 cell cycles and induce cell proliferation. It was found that indium sulfate could promote the apoptosis of L929 cells. Conclusions Indium sulfate can induce cyto--toxicities of L929 cell, and the rate shows descending trend depending on the indium sulfate concentrations and time. Besides, indium sulfate can affect the cell cycles and cell apoptosis.
