摘要
采用客户机/服务器模式、Microsoft SQL Server 2000数据库和PowerBuilder 9.0开发客户端,设计一套科研项目管理信息化系统。该系统能够对科研项目进行全程跟踪,使管理规范化、制度化,确保科研项目能顺利完成。
Using client/server mode,taking Microsoft SQL Server 2000 as the backstage database and using client application developed by PowerBuilder 9.0,a system of scientific research project management is designed.This system can tract entire scientific research project,standardiz and systematize project management,which ensure the success accomplishment of scientific research project.
