特大型矿井合理生产能力选择研究

Study on Selection of Rational Production Capacity for Ultra Large Mine

我国近年来特大型矿井建设发展迅速,矿井生产能力愈来愈大。因此,对于如何确定矿井合理生产能力就显得尤为重要。文章分析了特大型矿井特征与生产能力的关系,对影响特大型矿井合理生产能力选择的主要因素进行了分类,并对各影响因素进行了阐述和分析,利用统计数据、研究结果和专家经验,结合层次分析法(AHP),确定出了影响因素的权重。利用影响因素权重和影响指标赋分值确定了矿井生产能力预测评价值。以矿井生产能力预测评价值和预测评价等级为基础,建立了特大型矿井合理生产能力预测模型,对实际中特大型矿井合理生产能力的确定具有理论指导意义和参考价值。

In the recent years,the ultra large mine construction was rapidly developed in China and the mine production capacity became larger and larger.Therefore,how to determine a mine rational production capacity would be important.The paper had an analysis on the relationship between the features and production capacity of the ultra large mine and had a classification on the main factors affected to the rational production capacity selection of the ultra large mine.Each factor was stated and analyzed.With the application of the statistic data,study results and expert experiences in combination with the hierarchical analysis method,the weight of the influence factors were determined.The influence factor weight and the influence index owned fraction were applied to determine the predicted estimation value of the mine production capacity.Base on the predicted estimation value and the predicted estimation grade of the mine production capacity,a prediction model of the rational production capacity for ultras large mine was established and would have theoretical guidance and reference value to determine the rational production capacity of a ultra large mine.
