摘要
海水直接电解制氯技术存在有效氯产率低、电流效率低和阳极寿命短等问题,采用水电联产模式运营的某电厂,其海水淡化后的浓盐水温度和盐度均高于海水,将海水、浓盐水作为原料水,分别通入小型次氯酸钠发生器,进行动态模拟制氯试验,评估了不同水源对试验装置的影响。对比这2种原料水的电解效果,为海水淡化后浓盐水的工业化利用,提供理论和实践依据。
Direct sea water electrolysis chlorine system exists low chlorine production, low current efficiency and anode short life problem. A power plant using water and electricity co-generation mode, the temperature and salinity of the brine after its desalination are higher than sea water. Sea water and brine are used as raw material water, flowing into the small sodium hypochlorite generator for a dynamic simulation chlorine making test. so as to assess the effect of different water sources against the test device. The comparison of the electrolytic results of these two kinds of raw materials water so as to provide a theoretical and practical basis.
