摘要
"等效热降法是基于热力学的热功转换原理,考虑到设备质量、热力系统结构和参数的特点,经过严密地理论推演,导出几个热力分析参量Hj和ηj等,用以研究热工转换及能量利用程度的一种方法。[1]"通过采用该方法,计算了某超超临界600MW汽轮机组新蒸汽的等效热降、各抽汽的抽汽等效热降和抽汽效率等参数,并在此基础上,分析了增加低加疏水泵后对机组能耗的影响。该计算结果对于机组是否增加低加疏水泵,建立了基础性的参考依据。
"The method of equivalent heat drop is the thermal conversion principle based on the thermodynamics. Considering the cluality of equipment, the structure of thermal system and the characteristics of parameter, and conducting strictly theoretical deduction, we can obtain Hj and ~j through this method to study thermal conversion and energy utilization rate. [1]"The equivalent heat drop of new steam, the extraction equivalent enthalpy drop and the steam extraction efficiency of an ultra supercritical 600 MW turbine unit have been calculated by the above-mentioned way. On the basis of this, the effect of installing a drain pump of LP heater against the energy consumption of the power unit has also been analyzed. The results can be used as reference if installing a drain pump of LP heater is required for the power unit.
