摘要
目的:本实验旨在探索步长脑心通对急性心肌梗死血管内皮功能的影响。方法:通过外科手术成功结扎左冠状动脉前降支(LAD),引起前间隔及左室前壁心肌急性梗死健康雄性新西兰大耳白兔12只,随机分为梗死对照组和药物组,每组6只,仅穿线不结扎为假手术组6只,药物组在常规喂养的基础上饲料中加入步长脑心通,其余各组常规喂养,实验周期为3周,分别于梗死前后行兔髂外动脉血管超声检测FMD及NMD水平,取血检测NO、ET及vWF水平,使用SPSS16.0统计软件进行统计学分析。结果:梗死后梗死对照组FMD、NMD显著下降,而药物组FMD、NMD无明显变化,与假手术组比较无明显统计学差异(P>0.05);梗死对照组NO水平显著降低,ET、vWF显著升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),而药物组NO、ET及vWF梗死后无明显变化,与假手术组比较无明显统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论:步长脑心通具有改善和恢复心肌梗死家兔血管内皮细胞功能作用,增加一氧化氮水平,从而改善内皮舒张功能,降低内皮素及假血友病因子的水平,改善血管收缩功能及抗血栓形成作用。
Objective: To study the effect of Bu Chang Nao Xin Tong Capsule on vascular endothelial function of rabbit with acute myocardial infarction. Methods : Twelve rabbits caused acute myocardial infarction of anterior septum and left ventricular anterior wall by Successfully surgical ligation of the left anterior descending coronary artery ( LAD ) in healthy male New Zealand white rabbits were randomly divided into infarction control group ( n = 6 ) and drug group ( n = 6 ), sham operation group only threadedwithout ligation ( n = 6 ), Bu Chang Nao Xin Tong Capsule was added to conventional diet for drug group, other groups regularly fed conventional diet, the experiment lasted for 3 weeks, we collected the FMD and NMD levels by Vascular ultrasound of the iliac artery before and after infarction respectively, the NO, ET and vWF levels were collected by blood testing, SPSS16.0 was used for statistical analysis. Results : After the infarction, the FMD and NMD were significantly decreased in the infarction control group, while the drug group did not change significantly, there was no significant statistical difference ( P〉0.05 ) between the drug group and the sham operation group ; the NO level significantly decreased, the ET and vWF significantly rised in the infarction control group (〈0.05), while the NO, ET and vWF in the drug group did not change significantly compared with the sham operation group ( P〉0.05 ). Conclusion : This study shows that Bu Chang Nao Xin Tong Capsule can improve and restore the vascular endothelial cell function of the rabbits with myocardial infarction, improve endothelial function by increasing nitric oxide levels, reduce endothelin and yon Willebrand factor levels and then improve vascular contractile function and antithrombotic effect.
