Syndrome Differentiation and Treatment Experience of Ichthyosis

目的:总结周宝宽主任医师辨治鱼鳞病经验。方法:以医案形式阐述鱼鳞病的病因病机、证型、治法、方药。结果:鱼鳞病的病因病机复杂,主要为禀赋不足,肾精衰弱或脾虚健运,气血亏虚,肌肤失去荣润;禀赋不足,气血不畅,瘀血阻滞,肌肤失养。常见证型为血虚风燥与瘀血阻滞。治法为养血活血,润燥通络。常用方剂为养血润燥熄风汤及血府逐瘀汤。结论:辨证论治鱼鳞病有较好疗效。

Objective ： To summarize syndrome differentiation and treatment experience of ichthyosis in clinic. Methods ： Discuss etiopathogenisis, pathogenesis, pattern of syndrome, method of treatment, formulas and medicinals based on medical records. Results：Etiopathogenisis and pathogenesis are complicated, causes of ichthyosis include natural endowment weakness, insufficiency of kidney essence, dys-splenism, insufficiency of Qi and blood, muscle and skin lost nourishing ; natural endowment weakness, blockage of Qi and blood, stagnation of blood stasis, failure of skin and muscle to be nourished. Common pattern of syndromes are blood deficiency wind dryness and stagnation of blood stasis, etreatment methods of ichthyosis are nurshing blood and promoting blood flow, moisturizing drynesssyndrome and free the collateral vessels. Formulas for ichthyosis are decoction of moisturize dryness by nourishing blood and stopping endogenous wind, Xuefu Zhuyu Tang. Conclusions ： Syndrome differentiation and treatment shows a better therapeutic effect for ichthyosis.
