从中医体质学说探讨推拿的临床辨治

Thinking of Tuina Clinical Diagnosis and Treatment Based on Constitution Theory of Traditional Chinese Medicine

随着临床活动的不断开展,临床推拿医师依靠现代诊察技术对于疾病的甄别越来越准确,但是对于患者体质的关注却缺乏足够的重视。文章通过阐述体质学说的概念分型,以期说明体质学说在推拿临床辨治中的重要性。希望通过文章介绍能够增加推拿医师对体质因素的直观认识,从而根据患者的不同体质特征有针对性进行临床辨治,以取得更好的临床疗效。

With the ongoing clinical activities, modern Tuina physicians rely on clinical examination techniques more accurate diagnosis for the disease. Most of Tuina physicians are the lack of attention to patients＇ constitution. This paper describes the concept of constitution theory and the classification and explains the importance of constitution for Tuina in clinical treatment. Hope that through this paper can increase the Tuina physician pay more attention to constitution factors which according to the different constitution characteristics of patients for clinical targeted treatment in order to achieve the best clinical effect.
