植物多酚类中药单体治疗哮喘研究进展 被引量:5

摘要 支气管哮喘是气道的一种慢性过敏反应炎症性疾病。它是由嗜酸性粒细胞、肥大细胞、T淋巴细胞(Th2)等炎性细胞、气道上皮细胞和细胞组分参与的气道慢性过敏反应炎性疾病。西医目前主要以糖皮质激素来控制其临床症状,效果尚可,但糖皮质激素的滥用往往加重患者的病情,预后不良。近年来,很多学者就植物多酚类中药单体治疗支气管哮喘进行了大量的深入研究,现将部分植物多酚类中药单体在治疗哮喘有关研究作简要综述。 Bronchial asthma is a chronic inflammatory disorder of the airways, with episodic occurrences of airflow obstruction, and hypersensitivity and hyperresponsiveness to various stimuli. Systemic administration of glueocortieoids are commonly used in the treatment of asthma. However, the abuse of glueoeortieoids resulted in a poor prognosis. In this paper, the use of plant polyphenols in the treatment of bronchial asthma was discussed.
