糖尿病周围神经病变(DPN)中医证型分布与相关因素关系研究

借助流行病学研究方法,通过回顾性分析147例糖尿病周围神经病变(DPN)患者病例,分别记录患者性别、年龄、BMI等一般资料,并记录糖尿病病程、糖化血红蛋白及合并其他并发症情况,以期发现并指出DPN中医证型分布特点。通过观察客观性指标或其他干扰因素,对DPN中医辨证提出指导性意义,做出有益探索。

With epidemiological research methods, by retrospective analysis of 147 cases of patients with Diabetic Peripheral Neuropathy （DPN）cases were recorded sex, age, BMI and other general information, and record the duration of diabetes, glycated hemoglobin, and combined with other complications, in order to find and that DPN TCM type distribution. By observing the objective indicators or other interfering factors, guidance on the DPN TCM significance, make a useful exploration.
