摘要 目的:建立眼角膜成纤维细胞体外培养的方法。方法:采用全角膜组织培养法培养兔角膜成纤维细胞。结果:在培养皿中培养1天后细胞开始贴壁,6天有新生细胞分出,形成梭形的成纤维细胞。传代细胞经4-6天可形成密集的成纤维细胞,细胞呈纤维状,呈漩涡形排列,排列整齐,局部细胞相互平行,第4、5代生长情况良好,细胞生长旺盛,细胞呈密集漩涡形排列。结论:眼角膜成纤维细胞全角膜组织培养法是可行的。 Objective : To investigate the culture technique for corneal fibroblast. Methods : The rabbits with corneal fihroblast were cultured by rabbit's corneal materials. Result: The rabbit entire corneal adhered in 1 day, the cells could be seen climbing out from the corneal limbus in 6 days. The corneal fibroblast of rabbit formed a monolayer and p2 had a fibriform arragement after 4-6 days culture in culture flasks. The p4, p5 cells grew very well in culture flasks and had a fibriform arrangement. Conclusion: Corneal fibrohlast from rabbit can be cultured by the entire corneal tissueculture successfully.
