探讨肝脏在水肿病的发生发展过程中的重要作用,阐述了肝脏与肺、脾、肾三脏的密切联系,提出肾性水肿在辨证论治基础上疏肝解郁、平肝潜阳、疏肝宣肺、清肝利胆、活血化瘀之法。

The article discussed the role of liver in occurrence and development of edema and explained the relations among liver, lung, spleen and kidney, providing the treatments of edema based on syndrome differentiation ： soothing liver to relieve depression; soothing liver to subdue Yang; soothing liver to disperse lung; clear liver and gallbladder and activating blood to resolving stasis.
