Treating Hperthyroidism Complicated with Hepatic Dysfunction by Traditional Chinese or Western Medicine

甲状腺机能亢进症合并肝功能损害(甲亢性肝损)在临床中较常见,治疗也比较棘手。西医目前对甲亢性肝损的治疗主要有:使用抗甲药物、激素治疗及保肝治疗;中医药在治疗方面有着一定的特点。文章对目前中西医治疗甲亢性肝损的研究进展及优缺点进行综述。

Hperthyroidism complicated with hepatic dysfunction is commom in clinic, and the treatment is a challenging clinical problem. Now the main method of treatment of Western medicine is using antithyroid drug, hormone and protecting the hepatic function. The traditional Chinese medicine has its advantage in the treatment. This article reviewed the research progress, advantage and defect in treatment of hperthyroidism complicated with hepatic dysfunction by traditional Chinese or Western medicine.
